All Link Workers are provided with dedicated sessions with qualified Clinical Supervisor to explore their own personal reactions to their work, and to reflect on and challenge their own practise in a safe and confidential environment.

Emplyees can access tailored support for mental and physical health and wellbeing. The support on offer includes:

  • 24/7 support line
  • Cash back on optical and dental treatment
  • Physiotherapy
  • Counselling

Guide for candidates

Equity, diversity and inclusion: our commitment

We support children and young people to take on life positively, regardless of who they are and where they come from.

Our People

At West London Zone, we're committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels safe and has a sense of belonging. We equip our people to have the kind of respectful, courageous conversations that strengthen relationships and build trust, both internally and externally.

Our Partners

We learn from others and we share our learnings. We encourage our schools and community partners to adopt inclusive language and practices by role modelling and sharing our own progress to encourage dialogue and deepen our connections across our communities.

Our Funders

We couldn't do what we do without the support of our funders and supporters. They support what we do and how we do it, including our commitment to EDI. We share our EDI commitments with them, and ask them to hold us to account for their delivery.

Our Community

We recognise that we work across a diverse community with a range of perspectives and beliefs. We commit to respecting these beliefs whilst always advocating for an inclusive approach that welcomes and champions diversity.

We recognise that other organisations and people may have different values and points of view to us. This is fine. We will work with anyone who wants to improve outcomes for children and young people – except where their values and views may cause harm to others, or limit the options for the children and young people we support.
